Most people have an idea of what file sharing is, but they are not exactly sure why it's such a big deal.File sharing has become a very large issue today in society even though it has existed for decades. It has been the recent advances in our technology that has made it main stream and in the eyes of the general public. A number of studies have found that file sharing has a negative impact on record sales. Recently in the U.S the music industry has taken legal action against people who had sharing program to exchange music file online to no pay.


Piracy of the Media

When we think of pirates, we see scruffy men with unshaven chins, a bandana, a gold earing, a black patch on one eye, and a wooden leg, men with guns in hand, riding the seas in their wooden ship proudly flying the terrifying skull and crossbones. Well, pirates these days look much different. In fact, you may be sitting by one right now. They are ordinary people who have come to enjoy the technologies the Internet provides. These pirates are boys and girls, women and men, who habitually root themselves in their desk chairs with eyes fixed on the computer screen. But today's pirates have something in common with the pirates of days lost in history. Both steal what doesn't belong to them. Today's pirates sail the Internet on the prowl for a treasure chest of downloadable files.

Internet File Sharing and the Music Industry

Imagine millions of songs accessible in one place. Today songs are just a few clicks away since the introduction of the internet and file sharing. File sharing is simply taking a file and allowing other internet users to download and use the file permanently. The accessibility and use of file sharing programs has devastated the music industry financially. The fact that almost every song recorded today is accessible through a free program encourages most consumers to download rather than buy. This is why illegal file sharing programs are driving the music industry’s profits down.

What Should Be Done?

Copyright owners should be able to protect their intellectual property against digital theft. There have already been a number of lawsuits against heavy users of P2P systems. These lawsuits can and should be pursued vigorously. Existing laws also provide remedies for those who contribute to infringement, such as P2P operators--although there is considerable litigation about how and when such contributory liability can be triggere.

Conclusion:

We think that making copyrighted material instantly available to the world without the owner's permission is stealing, but in the other hand we stronlgy believe that downloading and sharing music without purposes of profit is not illegal . The challenge for policymakers is to curtail this theft of intellectual property without limiting legitimate activity or disturbing technological innovation through regulation

Description about People´s lives in Haiti

• This graph line compares indicator life expectancy at birth between Haiti and Peru. The horizontal axis represents time, while the vertical axis shows the people´s age.
  
• This life expectancy at birth describe the number of years a newborn infant would live if prevailing patterns of mortality . The statistics of the Worldbank shows that in the 2006 the life expectancy in Haiti is 60 years old. In the case of Perú is 71 years.
  

Conclusion
Haiti is poorest than Peru . In Haiti, people does not have enough opportunities of job.
We think, life expectancy at birth in Haiti is only 60 years old because people are suffering from malnutrition.

Without a dout , learning english is one of the most difficult challenges for everyone because it’s become so necessary that different institutions require that kind of skill.

Learning a foreign language in our country isn’t so difficult , but why the majority of people prefer to study english at first ?

Studies have shown that people get more benefits studying this language . For instance , getting a better job.

But there are more reasons for focussing in studying english. Learning english is the key for increasing their knowledge , and this skill is used for doing interesting things , such as : making new friends , specially by internet or to apply for a visa in order to immigrate to another country or maybe for getting the opportunity of visiting a new place


As you can see about 43% of people study english because it give more opportunities for getting a better job. While, 25% study english because is neccesary for starting international bussines. Only 10% study english for getting more knowledge.

To conclude , we can say that english is an international language that is spoken by the majority of people on the world so that it’s important to master at least this language or if you want any other .

• It’s important to master a foreign language if we want to get more opportunities.
• English has become one of the most spoken languages so that it’s necessary that students take advantage of their time in learning more about english.

Bullying is any willful, conscious behavior intended to hurt another person, either physically or emotionally.

Bullying can occur in any setting where human beings interact with each other, this includes:

We did a question to 30 friends about bully. This chart explains about the most common forms of bully that they know. The most common is school bullying, majority of people said that they can see o suffer bullying when they were to the school. The smallest section represents workplace bullying by 16% of them answer that sometimes, they can receive hostile’s mails.

1. School Bullying:
   Bullying in school sometimes consist of a group of students taking advantage of. It can occur in any part like bathrooms, hallways, recess or school bus.
   Any form of physical violence such as hitting, pushing, spitting or picking on others.
   
2. Workplace Bullying:
   Workplace bullying often takes place within the established rules and policies of the organization and society, the damage to the goals employee and to workplace morale is obvious.
   Using offensive names, teasing or spreading rumors about co-workers or their families.
   
3. Cyber bullying:
   CIBER bullying use of information and communication technologies such as e-mail, cell phone instant messaging, etc to support deliberate and hostile behaviors by an individual or group, that is intended to intimidate others.
   Sending harassing, abusive or offensive emails, phone messages or SMS phone texts or making silent or abusive phone calls

• Opinions:
  a) I think there is bullying in different place because to make themselves feel better when they are feeling bad about themselves or jealous of someone else.
  b) Maybe they want to gain a sense of power among their classmates or workplace
  c) Person who bully sometimes appears to be popular but are often disliked by others people.
  d) I think that they want to copy another person they admire.

1. Try to ignore the bullying. If you show that you are not upset, the bully may stop
2. Be smart about avoiding high risk places and times.
3. Don’t be afraid to talk about it with your friends or family.
4. Talk to some of the other students at school, your representative or the College prefects.

The Truth Commission

Introduction
The truth commission was based in order to protect human rights and besides working with the government helps our society to confront terrorism cases, those have happened many years ago. We present different points of view about truth commission's work.

First of all, that we have in mind is that the truth commission has a good strategy to decrease the abuse that had happened to our society. Without a doubt, it helps women to defend their rights.
We strongly believe that if the truth commission works with the government, They'll do a complete investigation to have some proofs to accuse people of terrorism.

For example our classmate said she was conviced that the truth commission was a terrible idea because this organization not always respect human rights and in other cases this commission agrees with terrorists and doesn't defent the soldiers who gave their lives for our country.

But most of us think truth commission has a very important mission with women rights related who have been raped during wars. Without a doubt, since starting a combat, women suffer from sexual harrassment or sexual violent.
That is determined by others crimes for example; raping and prostitution.To give and idea: in 2001, three police officers were taken to court for masive violation and sexual harrassment.

To conclude; although we have different opinions we believe that the truth commission's assistance during wars helped women a lot, because it recognized the factors and cracked down on soldiers who had committed sexual abuses.

Physical orientation: Women use eye contact and men avoid it.
Status and connection: Women talk for solidarity and men talk for status.
Directness and Indirectness: Women go from discussion to decision and men from decision to discussion।

To conclude, it is undeniable that there are many differences in the way that male and female communicate, differences that sometimes lead to misunderstandings. Introduction
This report describes the different ways to practice english because most of the students doesn’t practice in the same way. We did a survey with our classmates about the different parts of learning like speaking, vocabulary, grammar and listening.
SPEAKING
It’s clear that 85% of persons in Lima study other language to develop a career and to have the opportunity to travel abroad; this percentage represents how many people have to improve a language. In some circumstances because we are not native speakers, we have to polish studying in institutes, going to group of conversation and try to read some books. But I think the best way to have a good pronunciation is to travel to the country and stay there for a year.
VOCABULARY
I’m conviced that vocabulary is an important part of learning because hepls you to have fluency in your expressions and improve the comprehension.take, for example Most of the students, when read magazines, find words that are unknown for them so they don’t understand the main idea of the article. In my opinion we have to use all the resources that icpna offers to us and practice with exercise on the internet.
GRAMMAR
Grammar is important because it is the language that makes it possible for us to talk about language। Grammar names the types of words and word groups that make up sentences not only in English but in any language। As human beings, we can put sentences together even as children--we can all do grammar. But to be able to talk about how sentences are built, about the types of words and word groups that make up sentences--that is knowing about grammar. And knowing about grammar offers a window into the human mind and into our amazingly complex mental capacity.People associate grammar with errors and correctness. But knowing about grammar also helps us understand what makes sentences and paragraphs clear and interesting and precise. Grammar can be part of literature discussions, when we and our students closely read the sentences in poetry and stories. And knowing about grammar means finding out that all languages and all dialects follow grammatical patterns.

LISTENING
Listening is a very important skill so it required a lot of practice. Also I can define it like the absorption of the meanings of words and sentences by the brain. Listening leads to the understanding of facts and ideas. But listening takes attention, or sticking to the task at hand in spite of distractions. It requires concentration, which is the focusing of your thoughts upon one particular problem. A person who incorporates listening with concentration is actively listening. Active listening is a method of responding to another that encourages communication.

CONCLUSION

In coclusion, we are conviced that students use many resources to improve their skills in the language। And they are more interested in speak fluent and try to not make any mistake when they write an essay or something similar.
